Hello G60 freaks..

Last months I had done lots of work on my G60. The chassis have a few corrosion places so I decided to take a part whole car and fix all diseases

Finally the car is painted and all boady/chassis work is done...

Now I will rebuild my engine on 1.9l with custom pistons and max port head with big exhaust valvers...

I decidet to rebuild my engine. It will be PG with saome some changes.

Frist abouth head:

- 35 mm custom exhaust valvers
- 1 mm larger intake valve seats
- 2,3 mm larger exhaust valve seats
- max port itake and exhaust ( I cut in pices one head to see where is the wather and oil channels )

G60 engine have 136 mm rods and large pistons. My new bottom end will be :

- 83mm JE custom pistons ( for 8.0:1 cop.ratio )
- FCP 144 mm rods wit 20mm pin
- light and balanced crankshaft

With this head and bottom end, should be nice revving engine with cca 1872 cc ( 1.9 L )
