J'ai fais ça sur la mienne ... gros trou a l’accélération ou fallait toujours tirer dessus. Sois gommer le trou avec une reprogramation.

Et pour le petit volet ... j'ai monter un 16 v il a pas les 2 trous

Hy G60 freaks

I been working a lot on my G60 , so I want to share photos with you..

Gear box from 1.8T (180 hp ) EHA, with 4 i 5 gear from G60 ( AYC )











1 br. gear longer 8 km/h

2.br longer 9 km/h

3. br longer 6 km/h

4. br longer 2 km/h

5. br longer 2 km/h


4 i 5 are slightly longer becouse of final ration , the 1.8t 3.647 , G60 3,684


Injection :

Injectors from saab turbo , 360 cc na 3 bar. serviced and tested , one have a small correction so I bougt a new.





Kr in tank pump , small catch tank, bosch 044 , fuel filter from Kr

I put the tank from 16v , it is easy for installation in tank pump..





Finally ....













The little Peter is confused becouse of yellow lights..














He is alredy started... running well...
Now I have to work out the engine, and adjust the ingnition and fuel and lots of small details..
