Any news on your car? Is it driving well? How many teeth on your supercharger pulley? I want to go 28 so it is not too extreme, and can run up to 6500rpm!

Hi, G65 drives very well and goes really good, even is not mapped yet.

28 teeth is mean nothing if you dont know number of crank pullye teeth. I heve 28teeh on G-lader pullye and 56 teeth on crank pullye, so it is 1:2 ratio , cca equivalent for 68/69 mm pullye on V-belt


last summer, I was tested my G65 on 1/4 mile race , a few photos..

13.3 sec for 400m! that's a really good time. My best time was 13.7 few years ago. I' hope that with my new engine, i'll do it better.

Finally the car is mapped, Rottele mad custom map for my spec, and we are customize the chip with live mapping on the road. ( set-up fuel map and AFR ).

260 hp / 312 nm ,with 1 bar and 70 mm toothed pullye setup.
Power does not drop untill the redline 7200 rpm

My engine setup :
- 83 mm Je custom pistons for 8.7 Compression ratio
-144 mm Fcp rods
-Light/balanced chrankshaft

head :
- max port intake and exhaust
-port intake maniflod ( cut and open )
- port throttle body
- 41mm inatke supertech valves , 35 mm exhaust supertech valves
- bigger valve seats intake/exhaust
- shrick 268/276
- shrick hydros , shrick valve springs

- G65 Rs2 G-lader
- 70 mm tothed pullye setup
- 90 mm K&N intake
- custom blow off valve
- Golf G60 IC
- 13 row oil coller

- 360 ccm injectors + 3.5 bar frp
- boch 044 fuel pump + cahatch tank

- 4-1 herders
- 60mm inox line with 3 free flow mufflers

I will replace my 268/276 shrick camshaf. This cam is great for mid tuned G60, i will try with agressive cam 286/276 and go again on dyno to see results.

I installed a new chamshaft and new chip for this setup .It is Dbilas camshaft 286/286 and Rottele racing is rework exhaust on 276 so also the overlap is reduced, so the camshaft is 286 / 276
